Engagement: Hartford was engaged to manage the implementation of an integrated manufacturing and financial information system across the dairy companies that were merged to create Fonterra. The project is regarded as one of the largest information systems projects ever undertaken in New Zealand, and Fonterra were the recipient of the 'Most Successful Project Implementation of the Year' award at the Computerworld Excellence Awards 2003.
